Thanks to friends and supporters across the 21st Congressional District, I received 60 percent of the vote in the Special Election on November 7th. It turned out to be the most votes in any contested congressional race in Texas. Read the full article.

Congressman Lamar Smith said today he likes the new 21st Congressional District unveiled Friday by a three-judge panel.
